Welcome to Global 1 BJJ! Whether you're stepping onto the mat for the first time or returning with some experience, we're committed to making your first trial class feel comfortable, engaging, and rewarding.
What to Wear
If you already have a gi: Please come dressed in your uniform, with a rash guard underneath.
If you're new and don’t have gear yet:
Women: Comfortable leggings and a t-shirt
Men and kids: T-shirt with pocketless athletic shorts
What to Bring
A water bottle—there’s a filtered water fountain to keep you hydrated.

Arrive Early and Prepared
Plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early—this gives you time to check in, meet your instructor, and get comfortable with the facility before class begins. Our entrance is located at the rear of the plaza, so parking in the back brings you right to the door.

A structured, welcoming warm-up
Step-by-step introductions to essential techniques
Safe, beginner-friendly drills
